Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website ice-ca.com, as made available to users in Canada under the brand Ice Casino. By registering an account, accessing, or using any services on ice-ca.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all earlier versions applicable to Canadian users.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: To open an Account and use the Services, you must:

Account Creation Process

  3. KYC and identity verification: At registration or any time thereafter, the Operator may request KYC documents, including but not limited to:

User Obligations

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Gameplay Conditions

By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Placing Bets: Minimums, Maximums, and Types

  • Minimum and maximum stakes:

    • Your ability to place a Bet is also limited by your available Account balance (real-money and/or bonus funds, as applicable).

  • Prohibited conduct: The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your Account, voiding of Bets, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

    • Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Separate bonus rules: In addition to these Terms, each Bonus or promotion offered on ice-ca.com is subject to specific bonus terms (the "Bonus Rules"), which are published on the Website, including at https://icecasino.com/en-ca/bonus-terms. By claiming or using any Bonus, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the relevant Bonus Rules.
  • Availability to Canadian players: Certain promotions may be targeted to or restricted for Players based on country, region, currency, language, or other criteria. The Operator reserves the right to limit or exclude Canadian users or users from particular provinces where required by law or internal risk policies.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

Exclusions of Liability

Limitation of Damages

  • Maximum compensation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) is limited to the lesser of:
    • The amount of the Bet or transaction in dispute; or
    • The total net amount you have deposited to your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.

  • Limited licence to use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Prohibited Uses

  • Copying and distribution: You may not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except where permitted by mandatory law;
    • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Website.
  • Commercial exploitation: You are not permitted to use any part of the Website or Services for commercial purposes, including:

Privacy & Data Protection

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein, including for purposes of:

In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data protection matters, the Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for suspension/termination: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or delay withdrawals, and/or void transactions where it reasonably believes that:
    • You have breached these Terms or any applicable Bonus Rules;
    • You are under legal gambling age or have failed to complete KYC checks;
    • You have engaged in or attempted to engage in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
    • You have used another person's payment method without authorization;
    • You are located in or using the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction (including, where applicable, certain Canadian provinces);
    • There are reasonable security or risk management concerns.
  • Interim measures: During investigation of suspected breaches, the Operator may temporarily suspend your Account and freeze balances, pending the outcome of the review.

Player's Right to Close the Account

    • You should request withdrawal of any available Real-Money Balance;

Refund of Funds and Consequences of Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Contractual framework: These Terms, and any contract between you and the Operator relating to your use of the Services, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, to the extent that such choice of law is consistent with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence.
  • Consumer protection: Nothing in these Terms deprives you of any protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country or province of residence, where such protections cannot be excluded by contract.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint or Dispute concerning the Services, you should first contact the Operator's support team at [email protected] or [email protected], providing:
    • Your full name and Account details;
    • A clear description of the facts and nature of the complaint;
    • Any relevant supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, correspondence).
